Thank you for choosing Mercy's Crafts! We carefully prepare each order and want to make sure your purchase arrives safely and as expected.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Mercy's Crafts currently ships orders within the United States.

PROCESSING AND PREPARATION TIME

Because many of our products are personalized, customized, handmade, or made to order, each order may require time for preparation before it is shipped.

Orders are typically processed and prepared within [X–X BUSINESS DAYS] after payment has been successfully received.

Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the product and the level of customization required.

Any specific processing time shown on an individual product page will take priority over the general processing time stated in this policy.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the carrier's transit time begins.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please remember that processing time and shipping transit time are separate.

For example, if an order requires 3–5 business days to be prepared and the selected shipping method takes an estimated 2–5 business days, the total delivery time may be approximately 5–10 business days.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Mercy's Crafts is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or returned packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to Mercy's Crafts because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we make every reasonable effort to process orders within the stated timeframe, delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Mercy's Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to provide you with available information and assistance.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost, delayed for an unusual amount of time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello.mercyscrafts@gmail.com as soon as possible.

For damaged packages, please provide photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to determine the next steps.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, order size, weight, and other applicable factors.

Any free shipping promotion will be subject to the terms stated in the applicable promotion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Mercy's Crafts ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after production or customization has begun.
